HELLO. I bought the Vivitar 35es rangefinder from Madecine and Jaye actually delivered it promptly on the next day! I’m so glad that I stumble on this website few a months ago, and never look back ever since. This is just simply the best camera shop that I’ve ever done business with. Very, very professional, be it advised on cameras, or tips on accessories. Replies promptly on some of my annoying and silly questions :=). I bought my Yashica Electro 35, Mamiya 135mm lens, my Gossen Light Meter and some few accessories like the battery adapter and hood for my Yashica TLR. And all I can say on my items? besides arriving on time ( considering I’m in the Middle East ) that it was so beautiful, and all in mint conditions. I’m saving now for my next order, hopefully the Rolleicord VA or the Rolleiflex.

I got my Polaroid one step closeup after 1 day when I initially made the order. The package came in a bubble wrap, delivered right into my doorstep. This is long overdue – bought the Minolta Hi-matic F about half a month ago and I just have to say I am extremely impressed with the condition of the set and the superb service. Gave it away as a gift, and the receiver was overjoyed 🙂 will definitely be back once I’ve saved up! 🙂

Purchased a Yashica MAT LM from Jaye, and I am loving this camera to the tilt. Had experienced some problems at the onset, but he solved it quickly and efficiently. I must seriously admit, he is very nice to deal with, and very knowledgeable to boot. 10 thumbs up!!!!

Awesome customer service. Jaye goes above and beyond my expectations. There were some minor issues with my camera that I didn’t really care about but Jaye got it fixed and the camera lubricated at no extra cost. Turnaround was really fast too. Highly recommended.

After purchasing a Ricoh 500G from madecine.wordpress, I experienced a few issue with the camera.

Oh I must say that Jaye’s service is excellent.
I wanted a black polaroid bag but was not quite sure if i’d like it. That ofcourse, was not an issue at all, as Jaye suggested that the bag would be brought to my place so that i could take a good look at it and buy if only if i’m happy. To be honest, i’ve never experienced service this good.
And ofcourse, the bag is sitting very happily on my bed now, looking quite cool (and also in excellent condition) indeed.
Thank you Jaye! (you might want to open up a trainning institute for people in the service industry. There is much to learn form you!)

i bought a polaroid camera from jaye the other day and i strongly recommend anyone who is interested to get it from here too. initially my ordered items cost a total of $105 and i asked him if he could round it off to a $100 but he told me he doesn’t earn that much of a profit and said it wasn’t possible and apologised. however, when the package arrived (on the very same day!), i looked at the receipt and saw his handwritten “$100” and a “:)” on it haha. it was a pleasant surprise. i’d definitely come back here if i need anything. cheers bro, u made my day that day.

Madecine doesn’t usually give discounts mainly because I try to list items at reasonable prices. We are not profit driven, but this helps an old retiree earn a small allowance and a despatch rider/father earn a little extra.
Linus had been really cool and made the transaction very easy for us, so I thought a little discount wouldn’t hurt – Just my way of thanking people who doesn’t hesitate to be nice to others.
We may not be the cheapest but we try our best to provide the best service we can.
